Referrals for Housing Placement Opportunities

Yes. We accept referrals from case workers, VA representatives, shelters, hospitals, and other community partners. Contact us at info@711livingleisure.com or complete our partnership form.

What Forms of Payment Are Accepted?

Understanding Our Shared Living Program

711 Living & Leisure Ltd Co. provides independent shared housing for self-sufficient adults in transition. While no personal care services are offered, residents benefit from a structured, affordable, and supportive living environment designed to help them move forward.

Understanding Our Shared Living Program

Residents sign a month-to-month agreement. There is no set limit on how long someone may remain in the program, as long as they follow community standards, pay fees on time, and remain in good standing. This flexible approach allows individuals to focus on their goals without the stress of long-term commitment. Residents may leave at any time with proper notice, ensuring a smooth transition.

Program Expectations for Residents

To maintain a safe and respectful community, residents are expected to:
● Refrain from drugs and weapons
● Respect quiet hours and shared spaces
● Pay program fees on time (1st -5th of the month)
● Keep both personal and common areas clean
● Follow security procedures
● Avoid overnight guests (professional visitors require prior approval) 

Is There a Program Curfew?

Yes. 711 Living & Leisure Ltd Co. observes quiet hours and a structured curfew for residents & visitors to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere. Specific times are reviewed during move-in orientation.

Standard Curfew Hours:

Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 11:30 PM

Private and Shared Room Information

● Veterans & Aged Out Foster Youth: All rooms are shared (two residents per bedroom) Single Parents share with their children
● Every room is fully furnished
● Each resident receives a personal access code or fingerprint entry
● Shared access to kitchen, bathrooms, dining, and living areas

Room assignments are based on availability, compatibility, and individual needs.

How Our Application Process Works

To apply:
● Complete an application and provide required documents (such as ID and proof of income)
● Participate in a brief background screening
● Once approved, pay the first month’s program fee
● Move in and begin your next chapter
● Drug test will be administered before entry

What Does the Monthly Program Fee Cover?

Residents’ fees cover:
● Furnished shared housing (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom)
● Utilities, Internet, and Wi-Fi
● On-site washer and dryer
● Safe, quiet, and secure shared spaces
● Keyless entry with individual codes or fingerprints
● Secured Security System
● 24 hrs. cameras in common areas and outside of the home 

Are There Any Additional Costs or Fees?

Yes. A one-time, non-refundable community fee ($150) is required upon acceptance. This covers set-up and administrative expenses.

Residents are responsible for their own food and transportation during their stay.
