711 Living & Leisure provides a supportive shared living environment designed to rebuild stability and foster long‑term independence.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS FOR SHARED SPACE RENTALS
- Must be 18 years or older ~Valid identification is required at the time of application
- Ability to meet monthly rent obligations, including any deposits or fees
- Willingness to follow house rules and shared‑space guidelines, including respect for roommates and common areas
- Completion of the intake and screening process, which may include background checks
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and substance‑free environment
- No history of violent offenses
- Stable income or verified financial assistance, such as vouchers or rental support
- Veterans and individuals with housing assistance are welcome and may receive priority consideration
- Participation in periodic check‑ins, if required by the housing program
